Introduction to the Dolcett Enterprise
and "Club X21" proposition
THIS IS NOT A SNUFF SITE, but a professional, private role-playing and "scene" club for those interested in exploring the wilder themes of sexual submission/slavery in the extreme, bondage, domination and sado-masochism (BDSM) in a unique and safe fashion. The club will be seeking to raise a subscription of $11,500,000 to establish the most sophisticated sensual and sexual entertainment and participation centre in the world.

Introduction
If you know Dolcett you know the deep thrill of it, but if you know money
you know how many people around the world have a fascination with the outer
limits of human sexuality, and are willing to pay for it.
I propose to raise funds from private members' subscription and partners
for the establishment of a sophisticated safe, sane and consensual, legally
sound, but very, very thrilling entertainment service.
A formal outline will be prepared in the future and in the meantime please
be aware that for legal purposes this is NOT a solicitation to invest
as all money for the Club will come through private membership fees and other channels.
"Club X" - (provisional title)
The Club is the membership vehicle and management system for all its entertainment
and scene events. This is the unique S&M club where those with a taste
for it can explore their thrill and release their urges. From simple sub-dom
play through to Dolcett S&M play the Club will cater for the sophisticated
user.
Club Houses - Our Properties
The bulk of Dolcett Enterprises goes to the building of two unique "Club
Houses" one in England, one in Spain. Prospective sites have already been identified in England one is a property in its own grounds and good development
potential on sale for £300,000. Including tax and full reconstruction
it may cost up to £1,000,000 to complete for Club purposes.
In Spain, or another suitable mediterranean location, there'll be a new-built
site, a Grand Villa, as the head quarters and "cattle ranch" for
all Dolcett Girls. This will be able to accommodate Club parties for upto
200+ couples at a time flying in from all over the world to enjoy, sun,
sea, sand, sex, submission and sadism.
This Villa will be the most substantial investment, possibly as much as
$6,000,000+, requiring a discreet and secure location, protective architecture
and a classical style - this is a palace in the sun not a dungeon in the
castle (although it will have the dungeons). Minimum land requirement will
be about 500,000 square foot of which half is three storey buildings, plus
cellars, etc.
Establishment and Set-Up Costs
To create the Dolcett-devoted site, and appeal to the widest audiences the Club
will be undertaking the following developments: filming, "play"
toy design, web site hosting and broadcasting of events, photography, from
"soft" to the other end of the spectrum.
The Grand Villa will be the biggest technical expense as it will house our
DolLabs design and testing centre (full Health and Safety standards apply
at all times, even if it gets a bit messy), and othe worldwide broadcast
centre. These alone may require at least $500,000-$1,000,000 for all the
equipment (over 100 high quality broadcast cameras and big screen TV sets
alone for guests to enjoy every delicious moment).
Other Developments
As the enterprise succeeds then it will invest in: (a) franchising
the club to local licensees on different continents; (b) establishing at
least one or two "health and fitness farms" where DOMs/DOMMEs
can send their partners for prolonged training, which will be filmed throughout
their daily lives ("Life on the slavefarm"), all participants
will be subs or "slaves" who will be put to work in the farm.
Once established with a substantial membership around the world the Club will
look into the prospects for a monthly or quarterly BDSM magazine, like Playboy
with teeth, needles, whips, chains, and Dolcett Girls! This will be published
and distributed from the Villa and through the fitness farms (see I said
we'd have work for those good-for-nothing subs and slaves!)
Why So Big?
What are we planning such a big venture, surely we could set up a small
low budget site and see how it goes, right? Well not exactly. To achieve
the Dolcett experience safely but as far as legal and technical limits allow
we need the resources to develop and deploy the right equipment. Our main
market is now the web but the active BDSM enthusiast and sex tourist looking
for a new thrill, or high class people who will never set foot in a seedy
New York dungeon, but if you invite them to spend a few thousand dollars
on a weekend where they can "let go and go wild" in the company
of others, and protect their confidence at all times then you have the chance
of a substantial business.
Not All Dolcett
The service is not all Dolcett-themed - this is too narrow a market, but
the Dolcett theme events and channel will act as a stimulus to other activity
in the softer erotica and adult entertainment. I would expect that the bulk
of income will eventually come from these areas. But people will still
aspire to something wicked.
Security through Escrow
At the front of the web site I establish that this are an independent and
exclusive real estate developer. Through contacts in the Spanish property
industry I have found and registered with a European escrow service. This
services now hold an account on behalf for all members. When all formal
funding and paperwork has been cleared and approved by everyone that
company will release the funds, through a manged accounting programme, to pay
all costs.
UP-Date
Revision and News (January 2005) Current plans offfer a 90% security for all funds raised in the membership programme. This is to say the majority of funds will remain in a high yield income account and trade finance service through our escrow provider. This ensures SAFETY of funds and highest possible income for ourselves and our membership. After initial costs (max. 10%) to create the accounting system there is a prospective yield of 50-150% per annum from the deposits. Split is 70/30 in favour of the Club and its activities - income per annum for members could be as high as 30% on fees with full refund of membership fees after 5 years form full comletion of the fund.
